We provide a full tenant support service from contract signing to leaving. The day to day running is overseen by a Company Director and he is assisted by an Office Manager based at the Crookes Valley Rd office and a Lettings Assistant based at Whitham Road. Maintenance backup is provided by local staff, who are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.

As property owners we will deal with everything relating to the property during your tenancy period. You will deal with the same people from viewing the property, to signing the contract, collecting keys, reporting any repairs, inspections and to eventually moving out.

Maintenance must be reported using the report a repair tab and this will create a ticket which can be monitored for progress updates.

This support service is not available as a management service to other Landlords but only to the tenants of Thornsett Properties Limited.
